A number will be sent to voicemail if it appears in the Send to voicemail list in the app or is being sent to voicemail by one of the options in the Categories page.
To view your activity history of calls sent to voicemail, navigate to the All activity section in the app.
From there, select the Filter icon 
and select Calls sent to voicemail from the menu that appears.
